Hosting (Hetzner):

This website is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). For error-free delivery and security (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR), the following data is automatically collected in server log files:

• IP address

• Browser type and version

• Operating system used

• Referrer URL

• Time of the server request

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) has been concluded.

CMS (Storyblok):

Texts and images are loaded via an Application Programming Interface (API) from Storyblok GmbH (Austria) (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR). For technical reasons, your IP address is transmitted to Storyblok during this process. A DPA is in place.

3. Contact Form & Email

If you send me an inquiry, I will store your details for processing purposes (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b/f GDPR). The transmission is handled server-side via "Nodemailer" and Google's SMTP servers (Ireland). The emails are received and stored with end-to-end encryption at ProtonMail (Switzerland). I will delete your data as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies, provided there are no statutory retention requirements to the contrary.
